At Strategic Sports, we know that people are the heart of everything we do. And recently, we had the privilege of celebrating the remarkable dedication of 1,386 teammates who have been with us for five years or more—an incredible testament to the culture we’ve built together.

From our factories in Vietnam, Portugal, and China, the numbers tell a powerful story:

1. 598 employees with 5–9 years of service
2. 447 with 10–14 years
3. 191 with 15–19 years
4. 97 with 20–24 years

Strategic Sports recently honored these years of hard work and devotion from our teammates with special awards ceremonies at our China factories in connection with our New Years celebrations, and a separate ceremony for more than 22 employees from our Portugal factory.

Global employees were not forgotten, as awards were sent to commemorate Alan Okamura, Kyle Bone, Nari Yoon and Neal Holdsworth along with Russ Boelhauf and Giuseppe Vizzielli, who both entered the ‘20 years and counting’ club.

“What an honor and privilege to lead this group of fabulous people these many years,” said Managing Director Norman Cheng. “We thank you all for your hard work and dedication!”

Each honoree received a commemorative trophy in recognition of their milestone. For many, it was an emotional experience—one that symbolized not just time passed, but the connection, pride, and shared purpose we’ve built over decades.
