韬略生产边角料再利用项目

At Strategic Sports, manufacturing waste is something we think about carefully. In a global production environment, offcuts and excess materials are inevitable, even in highly optimized processes. What matters is what you do with them.

Strategic has created a program where regrind core manufacturing materials, including ABS, PVC, and PC, are collected and sold to other companies for reuse. The materials retain real value, and the revenue generated could easily be absorbed into annual gross profit. But since People First is one of our core values, we approach things differently. We ask ourselves: how can that value benefit the entire organization?

This thinking led to the creation of the Trash to Bash program.

在韬略,我们非常重视生产过程中的废弃物问题。在全球化的生产环境中,边角料和剩余材料是不可避免的,即便是在高度优化的生产流程中也是如此。关键在于如何处理这些废弃物。

“韬略”制定了一个项目,将包括 ABS、PVC 和 PC 等在内的再利用核心制造材料收集起来,并出售给其他公司用于再利用。这些材料仍具有实际价值,所产生的收入很容易就能被纳入年度总利润中。但由于“以人为本”是我们的核心价值观之一,我们采取了不同的处理方式。我们问自己:这种价值如何能为整个组织带来益处?

这种思考促成了“垃圾变动力”项目的诞生。


“For us, People First means looking beyond the balance sheet,” said Norman Cheng, Managing Director of Strategic Sports. “If we can create value from something that would otherwise be discarded, that’s of course the right thing to do, and it’s an opportunity to convert that value into something our teams can appreciate.”

“对我们而言,‘以人为本’意味着要超越财务报表的范畴,”韬略集团董事长郑董说道,“如果我们能够从原本会被丢弃的东西中创造出价值,那当然是正确的做法,这也是一个将这种价值转化为我们团队能够将其转化为再利用的机会。”


During the 2025 calendar year, the sale of regrind materials generated 447,505 RMB, approximately $64,500 USD. Those funds were reinvested directly into employee-focused initiatives. These included enhanced cafeteria services, free employee health checks, dietary supplements, and for sure, parties and celebrations.

在 2025 年这一年里,再生材料的销售所得为 447,505 元人民币,约合 64,500 美元。这些资金直接用于了以员工为中心的项目。其中包括改善的自助餐厅服务、免费的员工健康检查、膳食补充剂,当然还有聚会和庆祝活动。



From Christmas to Valentine’s Day, Halloween to Chinese New Year, along with basketball tournaments and children’s art contests, these moments of coming together are a meaningful part of life at Strategic Sports. They reinforce connection across teams and departments and help build a culture that values people as much as performance.

从圣诞节到情人节,从万圣节到中国新年,还有篮球比赛和儿童艺术竞赛,这些相聚的时刻是韬略生活中有意义的一部分。它们加强了团队与部门之间的联系,并有助于营造一种既重视成绩又重视人的企业文化。


“Strong companies are built by people who feel supported and connected,” Cheng added. “Trash to Bash is a small example of how operational decisions can strengthen culture when you make it your priority.”

郑董补充道:“强大的企业是由那些感受到支持和归属感的员工所打造的。‘垃圾变宝藏’这个案例就是一个小小的例子,说明当将运营决策视为首要任务时,这些决策能够强化企业文化。”

Trash to Bash reflects how Strategic approaches sustainability and culture in parallel. It’s a practical manufacturing program that reduces waste and supports circular material use, while also reinforcing the belief that shared success should be shared benefits. In the end, it’s not just about materials being reused, but about value being returned to the people who make Strategic Sports great.

“垃圾变动力”体现了韬略方法在可持续发展和企业文化方面并行推进的理念。这是一项切实可行的制造计划,旨在减少浪费并支持循环材料的使用,同时强化了这样一种信念,即共同的成功应当转化为共同的利益。最终,这不仅仅关乎材料的再利用,更关乎价值能够回馈到那些让“韬略”变得出色的员工手中。
