The golden autumn brings a bountiful harvest. Amidst the innocent and creative laughter of children, the STG-2025 Children's Design Competition recently concluded successfully. Themed "Dare to Create, Dare to Dream," the event attracted enthusiastic participation from numerous employees' children. After active competition, the winners of the Youth and Junior categories were announced. This was not only an artistic event to unlock children's boundless potential, but also a vivid demonstration of STG's commitment to its people-oriented corporate culture, its care for employees, and its investment for the future.

金秋时节，硕果累累。伴随着孩子们纯真而充满创意的欢声笑语，STG-2025年度儿童设计大赛于近日圆满落下帷幕。本次大赛以“勇于创造，敢于梦想”为主题，吸引了众多员工子女踊跃参与，经过激烈的角逐，青少年组和少幼儿组的优胜者已然诞生。这不仅仅是一场激发孩子们无限潜能的艺术盛会，更是STG深耕“以人为本”企业文化，关怀员工、投资未来的生动诠释。

Sparking creativity, igniting dreams – inspiring the next generation of infinite possibilities--- The First Prize in the Junior Category

"Dare to create, dare to dream"—this powerful slogan is not only the core spirit of this competition, but also an extension of the innovative philosophy that STG has always advocated.  Throughout the months-long activity, wild imagination, bold use of color and unique perspectives are surprisingly seen in both innocent young children and independent-minded teenagers. They vividly present their interpretations of the future world, wonderful creatures and environmental concepts.

Their works range from pieces brimming with childlike wonder, where paintbrushes sketch out a yearning for the cosmos, to others of profound depth, where design expresses reflections on society and the environment. These vibrant works not only showcase the children's extraordinary artistic talent but also reflect their courage to explore and challenge. This aligns perfectly with STG's corporate spirit of encouraging employees to break conventions and actively innovate. We believe that it is this curiosity into the unknown and persistence in pursuing dreams that will become their most valuable assets in their future growth.

The successful staging of this competition serves not just to discover and nurture young talents. Its deeper significance lies in STG's genuine care for its employees and their families.
